How to submit account for twitter developer account?

In order to create an app you have to go https://apps.twitter.com/

We are working on a social media poster that can post to several social media including twitter.
We are providing our user to import their twitter account and let them post text,image,link & video through our application using twitter official API.
We have no intention and we do not analyze tweets of our users or any of their twitter data. Our users have full control over their data and only they have access to their data.
User can only see the imported twitter account information and list of posts they made through our app and can schedule/edit or delete the posts. If I understand the question correctly then the answer is it row level.
