How to create and extract a .tar file
To create an archive file:
tar cf name_of_the_new_file.tar file1 file2 file3 file4 file5
To extract archived files:
tar xf name_of_the_new_file.tar
To create an archive file:
tar cf name_of_the_new_file.tar file1 file2 file3 file4 file5
To extract archived files:
tar xf name_of_the_new_file.tar
