Air filter in a scarf
I found this scarf called bioscarf that claims to filter the air you breath by filtering out all harmful particles including bacteria and viruses.
The website has the following information - Nelson Labs performed the tests that they perform on masks and respirators and the Bioscarf outperformed some of the most of the popular masks on the market today with a 99.75% average filtration efficiency
