Achieving splits flexibility requires consistent practice and a combination of yoga poses that stretch and strengthen the muscles involved. Here are some yoga poses to help you work towards the splits:

1. Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana)
This pose stretches the hip flexors and prepares the body for deeper splits.

Instructions:
Start in a high lunge with your right foot forward and left leg extended back.
Lower your left knee to the floor.
Sink your hips forward and down, feeling a stretch in your left hip flexor.
Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.

2. Half Splits Pose (Ardha Hanumanasana)
This pose targets the hamstrings and prepares the legs for full splits.

Instructions:
From a low lunge with your right foot forward, shift your hips back.
Straighten your right leg and flex your foot, keeping your left knee on the ground.
Fold over your right leg, reaching towards your foot.
Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.

3. Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)
This pose opens the hips and stretches the glutes and hip flexors.

Instructions:
Start in a high plank position.
Bring your right knee towards your right wrist and extend your left leg back.
Lower your hips towards the floor, keeping your back leg extended.
Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.

4. Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)
This pose stretches the hamstrings and lower back.

Instructions:
Sit with your legs extended straight in front of you.
Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale and fold forward from your hips.
Reach for your feet or ankles, keeping your back straight.
Hold for 30-60 seconds.

5. Reclined Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose (Supta Padangusthasana)
This pose provides a deep hamstring stretch.

Instructions:
Lie on your back and extend your right leg towards the ceiling.
Hold onto your right big toe or use a strap around your foot.
Keep your left leg extended on the floor.
Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.

6. Wide-Legged Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottanasana)
This pose stretches the inner thighs and hamstrings.

Instructions:
Stand with your feet wide apart.
Inhale and lengthen your spine, then exhale and fold forward from your hips.
Place your hands on the floor or grab your ankles.
Hold for 30-60 seconds.

7. Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana)
This pose opens the hips and stretches the inner thighs.

Instructions:
Sit with your feet together and knees bent out to the sides.
Hold your feet with your hands and gently press your knees towards the floor.
Hold for 30-60 seconds.

8. Full Splits Pose (Hanumanasana)
This pose is the final goal and provides a deep stretch for the entire lower body.

Instructions:
Start in a low lunge with your right foot forward.
Gradually slide your right foot forward and left foot back.
Lower your hips towards the floor, keeping your torso upright.
Use your hands on the floor for support.
Hold for 30-60 seconds, then switch sides.
