Toshiba Satellite Pro 480CDT finally fixed!
First launch of my Toshiba 480CDT after repair of a very strange bug. It refused to work with a 6gb harddrive, but worked with original 4gb harddrive. AND it also worked with 80gb harddrive, but crashed everytime when sound drivers were initialised. And at the same time it worked with it's original 4gb drive with Windows 98, sound and everything! When I made a sector-by-sector copy of an old drive to the new drive - it also crashed when sound activated. So the sound was dependent of a hard drive!
It also started randomly to go to sleep mode which made me think about recapping it. And it actually helped, it works with this 6gb hard drive, the sound works and the system is stable. What more could I wish for? :)
