Classic Katz’s pastrami, garlic confit cream, Calabrian pepper slaw, and aged provolone on a custom sourdough rye hero. Katz’s Deli and Alidoro have expertly combined some very strong flavors into something that hits all of the salt, fat, heat, and sweet spots while still feeling very authentically New York.
