The New Planning and Land Use System (PLUS)
Land Development Services Director Bill Hicks talks about the modernization of Fairfax County’s permitting system for land development-related projects. Learn more about the Planning and Land Use System (PLUS) and why the county has been updating the system the last few years. Current permitting systems (such as FIDO, ProjectDox and PAWS) will be unavailable during the transition to PLUS between October 21 and October 31. PLUS fully launches on October 31.
