I've been away, and working through my own soul shards.
What are soul shards?
They are parts of your soul self you separated off from yourself. Sometimes it happens when you have trauma, or if you just can't handle a situation.
In this video, I go through the shards I've been working through and how I've been able to do it. I hope this video is helpful for you witches or shaman out there who are thinking of recovering soulshards yourselves.
Soul Shards are a more advanced shadow work, so it is CRITICAL that you have a safety network of friends, family and potentially a therapist. If you are taking any mental medication, please keep taking it. Its critical to stay healthy while you work through this.
