hey guys in this video I take one of my members and clients Charles through an upper body push workout! Charles is a computer geek, well hes a really awesome computer geek who works for Verizon and also trains really hard. He started his fitness journey a little later in life, but hes making great gains and it's awesome to get his perspective on training and how he goes about bodybuilding, and his hypertrophy training. This is a series we wanted to put together to help out beginners starting their fitness journey and also who maybe feel a little intimidated or don't know where to start when it comes to the gym!
