Connect Your Opponent to Your Center
In this video, I attempt to show in the most obvious way the connection between attacker and defender that is part of the concept of Aiki. This is only focusing on the relationship between attacker and defender. There is more to aiki than is explained in this video, but it can help give an understanding of how to move an opponent without using upper body strength. This video is not meant to impart technique. The positions used are only a snapshot in which the connection can be seen.
