To be immersed in a universe of uncertainties, to be pierced by the pain of loss, to remain quiet even though the mind is never silent. Two years blind. Two years locked away in a world managed by drastic statistics. The shifting mood of a body sold to work. There are no breaks. There are no prospects. Feel the void crossing the skin, entering the organs. Day by day more rarefied hope. The unconscious afraid of death. The sleepless nights of a body in crisis. What time is this? A dilated and lonely time, dilated and sad, compressed by virtualities, compressed by identical days, exhausted by coldness, isolation and pain. But, after so much, another body-time, sensibly hardened physically and psychologically. Another body that is willing to live beyond the end.
