As a lot of you noticed, I disappeared for awhile. I've been meaning to talk about it for some time now but wanted to do it when I was in the right frame of mind and as you can see, my mental health is still something that I'm working on. Either way, now you have a glimpsy into what I've been battling and I'm ready to share my journey back to a healthy and safe mental state!
