Happy Saturday, everyone!
It’s, it’s a cold one out there but, first of all: We are sending out this message today, on Saturday, the 11th of March. It is rather disappointing what occurred on Friday, with the regulators shutting down Silicon Valley Bank, which we know is having a material effect on many private companies out there who bank with them.
It’s going to have a further material effect with their clients if they are not able to keep operating. Our hearts go all of them. We hope that this will be a positive outcome. We know that there will be a lot of scrambling around and we hope that we all come together to help each other out.
Anybody that needs to reach out to get any assistance that we can provide you, I’m easy to get hold off right here, of course, on LinkedIn, or Twitter, any handle. I’m going to do everything I can to provide assistance because we realize and recognize that this is not of your doing.
To our shareholders, to our employees, to our customers, to our clients, to our ecosystem partners, which we have spent many, many, many years in building: We are, you know, it’s as sad as it is to our colleagues. For us, we are, we wanted to make you aware: We are not exposed to this, we do not bank with Silicon Valley Bank. We are banking with BMO, BMO Harris, and we will be assessing how this might affect us indirectly. Which we all feel that there will be some sort of effect to that.
But if anybody has any questions, has any concerns, looking for assistance, do not hesitate to reach out.
