Man, Waluigi is looking weird in this game.

Well, here it is. The last DLC character and stage for Smash Ultimate? How does it fare? Let's find out.

Sora seems to control fairly straight-forward - that is, until you begin jumping around. This guy is ludicrously floaty. However, it ain't too bad once you get used to it. His attacks seem lacking in the heavy-hitting department, so you gotta rack that damage up if you wanna get a kill. That, or gimp off stage by taking advantage of his incredible aerial prowess. His specials are good for what they are. His Magic attack can be fun to pull off if you can manage to hit with it (referring specifically to the lightning attack) and the freeze attack is consistent, but that fireball is such weak sauce, I don't know if I'm missing something or what. His recovery move is more powerful than the sound effects imply and is good for killing off the top. His side special I haven't quite figured out yet, so maybe that's why I don't find it as busted as I thought it would be. As for his counter, it seems to be a decently strong one, but the window for it seems tighter than most, so I don't have much luck pulling it off. Overall, a solid character.

Now on to the stage. What can I say? It looks glorious! The one thing I thought would have made it even better is if it worked like Skyloft of Isle Delfino and you actually got to fight on the different locations the stage tours around. Despite this minor nitpick, the music and pleasing visuals and the neutrality of the stage itself are all in its favor.

In conclusion, for the grand finale for the Smash DLC, I think they managed to get it right. Coulda been worse - we coulda got a Gen 8 Rep or another Fire Emblem Character.
