Having a tool is often not the winning move, it is using the tool successfully that you're really after. And there have been many tools that legacy has bought and did not come with good training and documentation and we haven't been able to make use of quickly or effectively. And it has
been extremely expensive and a large waste of time and effort to buy something. To halfway use it, to use it poorly, and then eventually ditch it because it was too complicated. People didn't have time.
The split arcade takes down all those barriers. It lets us buy the tool, send people through the training they need to make use of it
and like jumpstart that expertise level, like that expert level use of the tool.
It lets us get a positive return on our investment almost immediately because the trick, you know, not only does the training teach us about the platform, but it also teaches about the concepts.
So it's helped me just train engineers on feature flagging, why, you know, why it's important. So I'm kind of two birds with one stone. But yeah, definitely able to realize positive ROI quickly.
