Set free by making a decision. How I didn't know how it was affecting me.
Could you be using brain power by not making a decision?
I thought that I was clear on what I was doing about my #ADHDMeditation but until I actually made the decision today, I hadn't realised how I was using energy on still mulling it over.
Once I had sent the form off asking to revert back to Medikinet XL 20mg, I suddenly found the space and idea to write a blog post. This is something I have not done for years but have wanted to get back to over the last year!
So maybe there is something you could clear from your brain today or delegate to someone else or get some help with. Then you might find you've cleared the way for something else.
