Cigarette distributor, Carreras is expressing concern about the increasing quantity of illegal cigarettes on the local market.

CTOC, on their find yesterday, this latest find, is the largest yet.
Yesterday, CTOC confiscated 890 boxes of counterfeit cigarettes, estimated to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
