So it is vital that you take time and once in a while check your comments areas and clean your comments so that your blog posts portray exactly the information that you want to put out there.
If managing your blog is too much work or you just don't have the time, you can always hire someone to look after your blog. And if all fails, you can always turn off the comments on your blog so that you don't deal with it. But bare in mind, you will be losing on reader engagement.
