here’s the unsettling truth about these big YouTubers
Ticker Symbol You is a finance-related YouTube channel that talks about the science behind the stocks. He's also a paid stock promoter. Alex Divinsky has a contract with LFG Equities where he was paid to promote a small stock called POET Technologies, and so was Kuran of another channel called Fin Tek. Neither of them disclosed this information in the video. Were they paid to promote any other stocks? This brings up the issue of whether these types of YouTubers are good for the investing community. In my opinion, they're not. But I'll explain why so that you can make your own conclusion :)
