As the founder of Spiers Consulting and co-founder of @Trust-Worthy, Susan has held executive-level positions in leading organizations across various industries, including engineering, architecture, workplace strategy, and workplace technology.
Susan's professional journey is a testament to her resilience and adaptability, having reinvented her career more than six times. Her career path includes roles as a high school history teacher, reading specialist, strategic planner, social service fundraiser, franchising expert, and leader in the AEC (Architectures, Engineering and Construction)and real estate

In addition to her professional achievements, Susan’s personal journey is marked by overcoming significant challenges. In 2006, she survived a severe car accident that resulted in breaking her C1 vertebra in three places, along with other long- term injuries. In 2011, she faced another life-altering event when she was struck by Guillain-Barre syndrome, a condition
that left her nearly paralyzed. Despite these setbacks, Susan’s resilience shines through, and she has channeled these experiences into her work, helping others to navigate their own challenges.
