Chai and dirty chai recipe just like the coffee shop but for a fraction of the price.
Chai or dirty chai recipe
1/4 cup espresso powder or 1 cup instant coffee (optional if you want it dirty) if you want to bake it tea based do not add this and instead make a cup of tea and add the mix into your cup of tea.
1 1/2 cup sugar
1-2 cups dried milk
1 cup vanilla creamer
1 1/2- 2 1/2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cardamom
1/2- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
run everything through a food processor. Run through a sifter to ensure it is all combine and no clumps remain.
Store in an air tight container
to make for every 8 oz of hot water add 2 mtablespoons of mix.
