First Solo | Full Flight
This was the full footage from my first ever solo flight! It was at Lockhart Municipal Airport (50R) and was definitely an experience I will not forget. It was a blast! For you students and aspiring pilots out there, I hope you find this video helpful and I hope to see videos of other solos here on YouTube as well:)
NOTE: I know I made a few mistakes in this flight. However, I did fly the airplane first, and you should know that was my priority (as taught by my awesome flight instructor!) I also want to mention that cameras were set up during non-critical phases of flight. I have a personal rule in the cockpit that cameras are not to be touched except cruise flight and when I'm on the ground. If you're worried about cameras interfering with flight operations, I can assure you that I have been creating content in some form for well over 7 years now and am very comfortable in front of a camera. I also use the cameras to learn from my mistakes to become a better pilot, which is also the reason I post them, so we can make aviation safer as a whole:)
