Ingredients:
-15 flower heads
-8 L of filtered or purified water
-1 Kg of sugar or honey
-60 Ml apple cider vinegar or 2 un-waxed or organic lemons
Utensils:
-10 L plastic container
-Colander
-Cheese cloth or muslin
-Bottles
-Plastic spatula
-Pouring funnel
