The Photo Stick Duplicate Photos Problem and Its' Solution

ThePhotoStick is an amazing tool to backup your photos. It has certain features which prevent duplicate photos’ accumulation on your pen-drive. But, it’s not effective to clean up the “NEAR-SAME” photos…….
As ThePhotoStick user you must be aware how to enable the duplicate-detection functionality in your device. To refresh your memory, here is how it works:
Navigate to the The Photo Stick Settings and Options section, and click the Options tab.
Select both options: Consolidate all files into a single directory and Skip duplicates
That’s all good if your photos collection is small, or it contains 100% exact duplicate pictures. What would happen if you have a gigantic photos collection with photos jumbled-up with duplicates and LOOKALIKE images…….?

Open software. Click on add path to add a folder for scanning. I am adding a single folder for scan!

Set the similarity level wisely so that it best addresses your photos collection ……………………………., every level is explained clearly
I have set the similarity level to 4 which finds the most duplicate and similar images.
(click on start search button)
The scan has started…….
After a scan finishes, You can see the list of duplicate pictures. Simply review all those photos.
Now click on Select Duplicates button and choose from the options given
to delete all those duplicates.
Click on Select Action. you can permanently delete or move files to another folder
