Here's a teeny tiny snippet of the fabulous Amber Tamblyn reading from her debut novel, ANY MAN on Tuesday night at the 92nd Street Y.
ANY MAN is a must read. This part is satire, making fun of our tweeting culture. The book is dark, dark, dark (I love dark) but it is also hilarious. That is not an easy thing to do in a book about a serial rapist and the six men SHE abuses.
Pulitzer Prize winner, Jodi Kantor, was the moderator. I'm sure you're familiar with Jodi Kantor's reporting. It was she and Meg Twohey who broke Harvey Weinstein scandal in The New York Times.
For anyone who doesn't know, author-director-actor Tamblyn is also a co-founding member of Time's Up. And she wrote her story of #MeToo in September 2017 for The New York Times. It was three weeks before Kantor and Twohey told the Weinstein story.
