Ground Chicken Meatloaf

Here's what you'll need:
2lbs ground chicken
2eggs
1sm onion
2bulbs of garlic (minced)
1tbsp milk
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1cup plain breadcrumbs
1cup grated parmesan
1/4cup fresh parsley
Seasonings of choice
Glaze:
1/2cup ketchup
2tbsp brown sugar
(optional) 1tbsp of some kind of spicy sauce, i.e. sriracha, tobacco
