What does a Comprehensive Cancer Center do?
The Comprehensive Cancer Centers (CCCs), initiated and supported by the German Cancer Aid (Deutsche Krebshilfe), are at the forefront of oncological care in Germany. German Cancer Aid is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting cancer in all its forms. It is financed exclusively through donations and voluntary contributions from the public and is the most important private funder of cancer research in Germany.
