Live Well San Diego Equity Ambassador Program Showcase
Live Well San Diego Equity Ambassador Program (LEAP), a project of the County of San Diego Youth Sector, engaged and employed young individuals to develop and share educational materials and content that address their social and health disparities. Youth used their creativity and diverse lived experiences as current youth in San Diego County to highlight topics relevant to youth throughout the region.
