Location: Praia Bateria, Ilheus das Rolas - Sao Tome & Principe.
Surrounded by 4 m. high volcano cliffs this beach is far from normal. To get to here you need to fly to the small African country of Sao Tome & Principe, from here drive across the island in a 4x4 to take a boatride to the island of Ilheus Das Rolas.
This island is known for being located right on the equatorial line - the beach is located just a few hundred meters from the line at:
