👉 In this video, am gonna explained you that COUNTIF function is pivotal in counting checkboxes in Google Sheets. It requires two arguments: a range of cells and a criteria indicating what to count. To count ticked (checked) checkboxes, use =COUNTIF(range, TRUE), or to tally unchecked boxes, apply =COUNTIF(range, FALSE)
👉 Do You Known:
Add custom checkbox values
On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Select the cells you want to have checkboxes.
In the menu at the top, click Data.
Next to "Criteria," choose Checkbox.
Click Use custom cell values.
Next to "Checked," enter a value.
Optional: Next to "Unchecked," enter a value.
Click Save.
