Sku Grid - Using Sku Grid - What is the Difference Between Force Reprice and Recheck Asap
In this video, we're going to explain the difference between Force Reprice and Recheck ASAP.
When logged into Sku Grid on the My Items Tab, next to each item, you will see a link that says Force Reprice and one that says Recheck Asap.
Force Reprice causes Sku Grid to put your item in queue to have your supplier price and stock checked, update the grid with that information, recalculate your selling price based on the current supplier price and your default formula or override formula (whichever is set on the item), and make changes to your listing's selling price or stock based on this information.
A Force Reprice is not instant. Expect it to take up to 30 min to see your changes reflected on your eBay or Amazon listing.
Recheck ASAP just puts your item in queue to have the supplier price and stock checked. Sku Grid would then update the grid with that current information. A Recheck ASAP does not cause your item to change. Sometimes it is necessary just to recheck your supplier information to see if an item's price or stock is reading correctly before you attempt a force reprice on the item. Once you click to Recheck an item ASAP, the grid will be instantly updated once it is finished processing.
Both Force Reprice and Recheck ASAP can be performed individually per item by clicking the respective link on each item.
You can also perform both options on multiple items at a time by putting a check mark next to them and clicking on Multi-Item Actions and then either Recheck Selected ASAP or Force Reprice Selected.
Alternatively, you can also perform both actions on ALL items in your account by clicking on Batch Options, then Recheck All ASAP or Force All Items to Reprice.
