Quetzalcoatl had a very different playstyle from other mage wands, and in my opinion it's a pretty good weapon (and it was fun to use with the jump boost too :D)

The build I used here isn't really a high dps build, it's more of a gimmicky build using lifesteal and greed for sustain instead of heal spell. The chestplate's extra jump boost and -2nd spell cost also helps for survivability because you can better utilise teleport for dodging. If you want more dps though, you can switch to a different chestplate :)
