INGREDIENTS FOR CORNBREAD:
250g corn flour
150g wheat flour
2 eggs
7g salt
9g yeast
100g butter
80g sugar
50-100ml water as needed.
Remember to hydrate the dough well, as some corn flours are very dry.
Bake for about 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
