"Inner Worlds" by Irina Akulenko and friends
"Inner Worlds" is a Social Distancing Fusion Dance project involving 14 Fusion Dancers from 5 countries and 7 States, all performing to track “Turr Mang Welten” by Niklas Paschburg edited by David Forni of Psyoptics Productions.
The choreographer, Irina Akulenko, taught this dance over several Zoom meetings, then each participant recorded their performance from their personal location. During times of social distancing, being isolated is particularly difficult for dancers. Projects like this, bring us as close to performing together as is possible, in this moment.
