iTunes does not recognize iPhone/iPad in Windows 10 (Solved)
This video I'm going to show you how to fix when your iTunes in Windows is not recognizing your iPhone/iPad/iPod.
Step 1: Go to "Device Manager"
Step 2: Click on "Portable Devices"
Step 3: Right click on your device and choose "Update Driver Software"
Step 4: Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
Step 5:
-For Windows 64-Bit go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers"
-For Windows 32-Bit go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers"
Step 6: Next and Close
