User experience goes a long way with whether someone likes using a new software or hates it. With SharePoint becoming the normal document management system for many industries, it’s important to follow best practices during implementation, ensuring that the everyday user is not frustrated with the new system.
Successful setup for permissions is one of the most important pieces to implementing SharePoint as your new document management system. Ignoring best practices for permissions can actually mean a system that is hated by many. Worse, it can potentially lead to a legal nightmare, if industry regulations are are not taken into consideration during the development process of SharePoint. A well planned out and smooth user experience usually leads to a well-liked and routinely used system.
Mission Critical Training offers three levels of SharePoint training monthly, as well as a quarterly SharePoint Designer course that shows developers how to automate lists and libraries by using workflows. Check out our website for more details!

Some of the things that make us different:
Our training classes are live and instructor led - Our instructors are in the room with you, leading the class, and are available to answer questions face-to-face. We do not use blended training or mentored learning, in which an instructor video conferences into the room or proctors eLearning.
For computer classes, we provide the computers for you to use during the class. All you need to bring is yourself. We supply the rest!
We provide hard copy training manuals so you can take notes during class, and take them with you for future reference. Many of our classes also come with a Quick Tip sheet, for quick reference of the more commonly used topics from the class.
Free retakes – need a refresher on the topics you learned in class? You can retake your class up to 6 months from your original class date you attended.
Free workshops – many of our computer classes qualify for free workshop time, where you can get instructor assistance with your own projects. Its free consulting to help you apply what you learned to your own work.
Small class sizes – we don’t believe in cramming 100+ people into a hotel conference room. All of our classrooms max out at 12 to 16 students. So you can get more individual attention.
