Writing a simple Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). YEP :)
In this video we are writing a simple Work Breakdown Structure for the project to define our milestones and practice this approach a bit.
It is needed to be able to define our input data, "main milestones" and way to Control the execution.
Based on the WBS, we will develop our project! :)
P.S. It is simplified version of real WBS and of course 90% of the Project Documentation is missing. But it is the price to move the project from the idea to at least some "existance".
