New Mexico cattlemen opposing fence proposal by Forest Service
Mike Lucero, whose family has grazed in a meadow in the Santa Fe National Forest for more than 100 years, talks about his opposition to a proposal by the U.S. Forest Service to erect fences that are eight feet high to keep out cattle and wildlife in order to protect the meadow jumping mouse, which was recently listed as endangered.
