Rowan Dean, Paul Murray and Chris Kenny from Sky News Australia all noticed how CNN has suddenly stopped reporting about coronavirus since election day in the USA. I guess anyone who never watches CNN probably believes them. These guys from Sky News in Australia repeatedly raised the topic of coronavirus yesterday without even bothering to mention the 100,000+ cases per day or the 1000+ deaths per day from coronavirus in the USA since election day. When I saw jubilant people out celebrating in the streets, I felt it. But I thought, ah oh. Don't get too carried away, you guys. Don't forget there is a killer pandemic happening. At least most of the people out celebrating in the streets were wearing masks but they weren't socially distancing. The COVID-19 pandemic is becoming deadly in the USA and the the virus doesn't care who won the election, unlike the current President who has been out playing golf the last few days. I guess people DYING doesn't matter anywhere near as much as trying to maneuver the rightwing conservative political narrative. What kind of person is strongly attracted to Donald Trump? Who decided to politicize the wearing of face masks in America? Political propaganda is when you tell outright lies and then dress it up as FAKE news. When you only mention the raging coronavirus pandemic in America to try and score some cheap political points during an unfolding disaster that is killing more than 1000 people every day - projected to be 2,000+ within weeks, I think that is the ultimate hypocrisy. But at least now I can understand why far rightwing conservatives are so relaxed about people dying from the impacts of climate change which are far less obvious.
