Meet Marcus! Marcus is a long time Obi user in New Zealand.
Marcus is the author of the book, Always Losing Something. Marcus decided to start writing the book in 2018, after his last trip to the Columbia ALS Center, when he found out he no longer qualified for clinical trials. He started to think about a novel with the purpose of raising attention to what he believes is required to solve ALS/MND in the next 10 years. Inspired by his friendships with two men who also have ALS/MND, Marcus started to wonder if the right 3 people, with a good strategy and plentiful resources, could push forward a cure. Thus, the tale of a billionaire, an ex-Prime Minister and a regular guy, all diagnosed with ALS/MND, combining their forces to change the world of ALS/MND was born.
