Getting to camp often requires tackling tricky terrain, especially when it involves airing down your tires for better traction. On one of our recent trips, we took OTIS (our Winnebago Sprinter 4x4 Revel) to the beach and quickly realized that running full street pressure wasn’t ideal. To make the airing down process quicker and more budget-friendly, we upgraded our setup. We swapped our tires from 245 K02s 70r17 to 275 KO3s and made a few changes, including adjusting the fender. Our setup now includes Apex RCV (Rapid Connect Valves), a VIAIR 400P compressor, and a RapidAir inflation system. We’ll show you why we chose these components, how they work, and the time it takes to air down and back up, ensuring you're ready for any adventure.
