Мергенбоев Жалгас уже долгие годы во главе ГКП ветеринарии. Именно с его подачи строй фирма выиграла тендер на стерилизацию. Именно с его разрешения происходили все ужасы и убийства животных. Сотни смертей котят. Смерти от голода. Смерти от запрещенного Адилина. Переезд отлова в кошару на Бозарыке в феврале 2023 года. Ужасная команда живодеров Бекеная, Мукана, Нурдаулета, Нурсултана и Даурена.
Отсутствие ветеринаров в отлове.
А теперь ужасный переезд в новый отлов, где не предусмотрено кормление и вода. Нет чашек. Переезд переездом, но животных эти дни кормить надо.
На нас хотят написать заявление за проникновение на территорию, мы пишем встречное за оставление животных в смертельной опасности и жестокое обращение.
Где сотни голосов в поддержку животных? Они виноваты только в том, что их использовали и выбросили люди, шымкентцы, наши с вами соседи.
Нам нужна огласка. Только так можно помочь тем кто еще жив.
ГКП и УСХ хотят замылить глаза всем и акимату, что все хорошо и какие они молодцы.
