At the NATO Ministerial meetings held in Brussels, Belgium, from June 13–14, 2024, senior defense leaders gathered to mark the 25th anniversary of the Partnership for Peace Consortium (PfPC).
Former U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, German Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius, and former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg joined Defense Ministers from PfPC stakeholder countries to reaffirm their commitment to the Consortium’s mission. Together, they recognized the enduring importance of security cooperation among defense academies, security studies institutes, and partner institutions across the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian regions.
This milestone highlights 25 years of collaboration through education, dialogue, and defense diplomacy, cornerstones of the PfPC’s work to build shared security.
