This video shows how I replaced the timer on an Admiral dryer (model AED4675YQ1). These steps can also apply to models from Amana, Element, and Kenmore as well. The issue was that the dryer would start but never turn off. Even after the clothes were dry, the dryer would continue to run indefinitely until we turned it off. Replacing the timer resolved this, and was pretty easy to do.
