AI Agents Built My Product Plan! (Google ADK - PRD and product lifecycle Automation)
Ever had a software idea and wished the initial planning could just...happen? In this Dev-Life-Log, I dive deep into automating the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process, using Google ADK agents! From a high-level concept for a "Simple YouTube Pipeline Software," watch as my AI agent:
► Generates a comprehensive PRD, including market research, user needs, non-goals, and success metrics.
► Crafts detailed User Personas and Functional/Non-Functional Requirements.
► Even designs a Technical Architecture (complete with a Mermaid diagram!) and a Testing Strategy.
► ...and the highlight? AI-generated checklists with satisfying green checkboxes validating the architecture! ✔️
