3D Mapping Project by Singapore Land Authority wins Geospatial Excellence Award
Congratulations to Singapore Land Authority (SLA) on being awarded the prestigious World Geospatial Excellence Award for the Singapore 3D Mapping project.
AAM is proud to have partnered with SLA for project design, execution and delivery of this world leading Smart Cities project.The Singapore 3D Mapping project provides foundation geospatial content in support of the Singapore Smart Nation Initiative.
AAM was responsible for survey design, airborne and ground based data capture, data processing and delivery of Digital Terrain Models, orthophoto and nation-wide LOD2 models according to Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards. The attached 3D visualisation was produced using AAM’s GEOCIRRUS Smart Cities solution, powered by Esri technology.
The award is fitting recognition of the hard work and cooperation of the SLA and AAM project teams.
