A balloon dress is a dress that is blown up like a balloon. It takes its shape when blown up and can beIt is a unique model, looking like no other. The bottom of the dress is inflated, and afterwards narrowed down. The “balloon” shape is given either from the waistline, or from the bust/shoulders along the entire length kept by the inner construction.
