DANOBAT Coupling solutions CL
For required high productivity, coupling machining may be done on the CL and CIH range of turning centers. Coupling threading may be done in a single clamping on the CIH range of machines. Main features are as follows:
Indexing capability in order to perform coupling quality (single set-up), CIH model.
Headstocks prepared for assembly of hydraulic indexing chuck to finish the coupling in a single set up, CIH model.
Rigid design capable of performing threading ensuring an excellent quality.
Heavy duty vertical axis turret prepared for high pressure through tool coolant.
Symmetrical distribution of guideways balancing cutting forces for higher accuracy.
Main motor power up to 77 kW, depending on model.
Available with Fanuc, Siemens or Fagor control system.
Robotised tool and coupling change.
Different designs of coupling handling systems may also be integrated along with the lathes for single source delivery on a turnkey basis.
