🧹🧸🍪Bethy offers a lesson for kids on serving God by putting others first. There are many different ways to serve others. We are not all the same and God has a specific job for each one of us to do. What are you supposed to be doing for the Lord?

1) Who is our example of service?
2) Did Jesus have to serve others? What could He have done instead?
3) What does it mean to serve?
4) Whom do we serve as Christians?
5) Why should we serve?
6) What are some things you could do to serve? Brainstorm ideas!
7) Look up Romans 12:4-6. Does God give us all the same job to do?

Here are the instructions for this lesson so you can reproduce this lesson for your kids or class.
Materials:
Gather up everyday items from your house, I used:
-a rake
-a Swiffer
-a garbage bag
-a plate of cookies
-a toy
Talk about why we serve and what we can do to serve. Ask the kids to brainstorm ways that they can serve the Lord this week.
