The Oxford Comma Doesn't Matter
The Oxford comma has proven to inspire passionate debate, especially among its most fervent supporters, despite widespread recognition that the serial comma is optional, according to its context and to varying conventions in different regions and settings. In this video, I argue that the Oxford comma is useless and that, though it might be a logical way to resolve syntactic ambiguity in some cases, it is never a necessary punctuation mark.
